General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available everywhere in the USA. Any shipments outside of the USA are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Online Returns

Products purchased on may be returned within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 60 days.  We also do not accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except We offer free returns for all shipments originating from the continental US.

Initiating an Online Return

If you need to return a product purchased online, please contact Customer Service at

  • Be prepared to provide your
    • contact information
    • address
    • order number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment)
  • Customer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label
  • Carefully pack the returned item(s) and your original packing list in a shipping box and seal close
  • Print the shipping label provided by Customer Service, affix it to the shipping box and drop package at the nearest UPS drop-off location
  • Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be applied to the original form of payment

Online Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Products Purchased in Store

Products purchased from a Hush Hush Tan salon location may be returned or exchanged to the original store where you purchased the item. Purchases made online at must be returned through the online returns process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
